Service availability

• The Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
• Some features may require an internet connection, and certain content may be subject to availability.

Account creation

• You may create an account using your email address or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if younger.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to use the App.

Subscription terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android).
• If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• After cancellation, you will revert to the free version of the App, which includes advertisements.

Free trial

• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Free trial periods, if available, are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

Payment processing

• All payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) through their respective app stores.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• We do not store or have access to your payment card information or other payment details.
• All prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

Price changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.
• Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but may apply to renewals.
• You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

Our content

• All content in the App, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of NetCreatif or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• The App and its content are licensed, not sold, to you for use in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Your content

• You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using the Services (such as notes, favorites, or learning history).
• By using the Services, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide.

You agree not to

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Services without permission.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
• Use the Services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Termination by you

• You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at contact@love2learnsign.com.
• Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.

Termination by us

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use.
• If we terminate your account, you may lose access to your data, including favorites, learning history, and progress.
• We are not obligated to provide any refund or compensation if we terminate your account for violation of these Terms of Use.

Entire agreement

• These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NetCreatif regarding the Services.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

• No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

• You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent.
